- In a pan, add 5 glasses of water and 1 tbs of fennel seeds. Let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes on high flame and put aside.
- In a separate pan, add oil, onion paste, ginger and garlic paste and cook on high flame till it starts to turn golden.
- Add fennel seeds, black cardamoms, green cardamoms, cloves, cumin seeds and pepper corns, mix well and cook for a few minutes until it turns a little more golden.
- Once golden, add the chicken and cook on high flame till the color starts changing.
- Once the chicken start changing its color, add salt, red chilies and turmeric powder. Mix well and then add tomatoes paste and then Cook on high flame untill the oil comes to the surface.
- Then add yogurt and mix well.
- Now take the boiling fennel seeds water, Strain the seeds and add the water to the chicken. Cover and let the chicken cook on low to medium flame untill well done and chicken is tender.
- Garnish with green chilies and coriander.
- Serve hot and Enjoy with your Family.
