Ingredients: Chicken 1 kg Onions 3 large (Make a paste) Yogurt 1/2 kg Oil/Ghee 1 cup Tomatoes 3 medium (Make a paste) Ginger 2 to 3 inch sized piece (Make a paste) Garlic 1 medium (Make a paste) Salt 1/2 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp cardamoms 5 to 10 Peppercorns 1/2 tsp Cloves 1/2 tsp Black cardamoms 2 Fennel seeds 1 cup Green chilies 2 Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch Recipe: In a pan, add 5 glasses of water and 1 tbs of fennel seeds. Let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes on high flame and put aside. In a separate pan, add oil, onion paste, ginger and garlic paste and cook on high flame till it starts to turn golden.
