Chapli Kabab Recipe | How to make Chapli Kabab?



Ingredients:


  • Mince (Ground beef) 1 kg
  • Onions 1 Large (chopped)
  • Tomatoes 2 medium size (chopped)
  • Green chili 4 to 5 (chopped)
  • Egg 1
  • Crushed red chili 1/2  tbs
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Paprika Powder 1 tbs
  • Coriander Seeds 1 & 1/2 tbs
  • Cumin Seeds 1/2 tbs
  • Ginger & Garlic paste or powder 1&1/2 tbs
  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2  tbs
  • Oil for Frying


Recipe:


  • Take a bowl and mix the mince with onions, tomatoes, green chili, egg, crushed red chili, salt, paprika powder, coriander seeds, cumin seeds,Ginger & Garlic paste or powder, Black Pepper Powder mix them very well. cover it and keep aside for 30 to 50 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  • Make thick patties, you don't need to do wet your palms for making that patties it will not stick on your hands.
  • Now fry both sides of patties till golden on medium flame.
  • Cover it and cook for 5 minutes and let the the water from the mince, you can also press kababs to release water, remove from the oil and place on Tissue.
  • Serve them with naan and chutney and ENJOY!!
