Ingredients:
- Mince (Ground beef) 1 kg
- Onions 1 Large (chopped)
- Tomatoes 2 medium size (chopped)
- Green chili 4 to 5 (chopped)
- Egg 1
- Crushed red chili 1/2 tbs
- Salt 1 tsp
- Paprika Powder 1 tbs
- Coriander Seeds 1 & 1/2 tbs
- Cumin Seeds 1/2 tbs
- Ginger & Garlic paste or powder 1&1/2 tbs
- Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tbs
- Oil for Frying
Recipe:
- Take a bowl and mix the mince with onions, tomatoes, green chili, egg, crushed red chili, salt, paprika powder, coriander seeds, cumin seeds,Ginger & Garlic paste or powder, Black Pepper Powder mix them very well. cover it and keep aside for 30 to 50 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Make thick patties, you don't need to do wet your palms for making that patties it will not stick on your hands.
- Now fry both sides of patties till golden on medium flame.
- Cover it and cook for 5 minutes and let the the water from the mince, you can also press kababs to release water, remove from the oil and place on Tissue.
- Serve them with naan and chutney and ENJOY!!
