Ingredients:
- Chicken legs & thighs 4 pieces (soak in water with 1 tbs of salt for an hour)
- Plain Flour 1 cup
- Bread Crumbs 1/2 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Eggs 2
- White Pepper 1/2 tbs
- Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tbs
- Paprika Powder 1/2 tbs
- Salt 1 tbs (To taste)
- Ginger Powder 1/2 tbs
- Garlic Powder 1/2 tbs
- Red Chili Powder 1/2 tbs
- Chinese salt 1/2 tbs
Recipe:
- Take a bowl, add the chicken and enough water to cover the chicken and then add 1 tbs of salt. cover it and keep it aside for 1 hour.
- Take another bowl, add the plain flour, bread crumbs, salt, white pepper, black pepper, paprika powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, red chili powder and chinese salt. mix them very well and keep it aside.
- Take a different bowl add the eggs & milk & whisk it well. now add the chicken pieces and leave it for 1 hour. after an hour remove the chicken from the eggs mixture.
- Take a piece of chicken at a time dip it in the rest of egg and milk mix, then dip it in the dry mixture. (Note: if you want more crispy then dip the chicken again in the milk and then in the dry mixture this is called double coating.)
- Now take a deep pan and heat the oil to fry chicken, add the chicken pieces and cook for 10 to 12 mints on low to medium flame until its golden.
- serve with fries and ketchup Enjoy !!!
