Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast 1 (boiled & shredded)
- Chicken stock 4 cups
- Cabbage 1/3 cup (Finally shredded)
- Cornflour 5 to 6 tbs
- White vinegar 1/3 cup
- Egg 1 (beat)
- Boil Egg 2
- Dark soya sauce 2 tbs
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tbs
- Salt 1 tbs
- Chinese salt 1 1/2 tbs
Recipe:
- Take a pan add the chicken stock on it and bring it to a boil and then add the shredded chicken. cook for 2 mnts.
- Now add cabbage mix it well. Cook for 1 mnt on medium flame.
- Now add the black pepper, vinegar, salt, soya sauce, Chinese salt and mix it well. cook for 1 minute.
- Take a small bowl and mix cornflour in 1/2 cup of water to make the paste, add this to the soup, keep stirring while adding the cornflour.
- Once the soup is thickened, beat the egg and slowly add it to the soup.
- Soup is ready serve and enjoy !!
Note: When the soup is done and you serve it you can add more vinegar and soya sauce if you want.
