Pakora Recipe | How to make Pakora?
Ingredients:
- Gram flour (Besan) - 2 to 3 cups
- Potatoes 2 large sized (pealed and finally sliced)
- Onions 1 large (Finally Sliced)
- Green chili - 2 to 3 (Finally chopped)
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- All spices (Garam Masala) 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Spinach 1 Cup (Finally Chopped)
Recipe:
- For batter, in a bowl add the Gram Flour, Potatoes, Onions, Green chili, Red Chili powder, Garam Masala, Salt, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Spinach and Mix everything very well.
- If you think batter is dry then add a little amount of water, it should be not more then half cup and mix them well.
- Take a deep pan (Karahi), add oil for fry pakoras and make it hot. Take table spoon of batter and add it in the pan turn by, repeat that process until batter finish, (Do not over lap the previously added table spoon of pakora).
- Cook the pakoras till dark brown and fully cooked.
- Serve hot pakoras with Ketchup or Chatney.
