Fish Tikka Recipe - How to make Fish Tikka?


Ingredients:


  • Fish 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Red Chili 2 tbs
  • Haldi 1/2  tbs
  • Coriander powder 1 tbs
  • Garam Masala (All Spices) 1/2 tbs
  • Chaat Masala 1 1/2 tbs
  • Food Color 1 pinch
  • Yogart 1/2 cup
  • Dry Methi 1 tbs
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbs

Recipe:


  • Take a bowl, add fish pieces into it and now add red chili, haldi, coriander powder, garam malasa, chaat masala, food color, yogurt, dry methi, ginger & garlic paste and mix them all very well.
  • Marinate fish for one hour.
  • Now take a pan add oil in the pan and fry fish on low to medium flame until golden. 
  • Serve and Enjoy!!!
