Ingredients:
- Fish 1/2 kg
- Oil 1 cup
- Red Chili 2 tbs
- Haldi 1/2 tbs
- Coriander powder 1 tbs
- Garam Masala (All Spices) 1/2 tbs
- Chaat Masala 1 1/2 tbs
- Food Color 1 pinch
- Yogart 1/2 cup
- Dry Methi 1 tbs
- Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbs
Recipe:
- Take a bowl, add fish pieces into it and now add red chili, haldi, coriander powder, garam malasa, chaat masala, food color, yogurt, dry methi, ginger & garlic paste and mix them all very well.
- Marinate fish for one hour.
- Now take a pan add oil in the pan and fry fish on low to medium flame until golden.
- Serve and Enjoy!!!
